I began the project with a brief review of the GTSZ website, identifying structural issues, branding inconsistencies, and informational gaps through a quick audit and comparisons with other GT sites.
To assess the issues with GT Shenzhen, I specifically reviewed sites including the main Georgia Tech website, GT Europe, and GT Admissions.

Users navigating the Georgia Tech Shenzhen website faced low engagement and difficulty in finding and digesting information. The absence of traditional GT branding and design elements made the site feel disconnected from the unvirsity's digital ecosystem.
After identifying the main issues with the previous site, I first created a revised sitemap to help structure our redesign process in which I reorganized content by merging pages, flagging offline links, and removing outdated pages.
